Through an Architectural proposal it seeks to respond to the problem of the social segregation that is evident in the sector, acting according to the statutes of the national and local government, generating cohesion in the social fabric and urban, mitigating effectively with the large shortfall in cultural equipment in the sector, and likewise the strengthening of the cultural scope, moreover the proposal includes and generates spaces that support the educational equipment thus consolidates the Unity of Integration Cultural.
