Hi guys, my writing exam is in 2 days: I'm not worried at all but I would like some feedback/suggestions!

Dear Sir/Madam,
Having recently returned from one of yours all-inclusive holiday, I am writing to complain about the various issues that
spoiled our vacation.
Firstly, the flight was on a 3-hour delay.
This meant that me and my children, aged 5 and 3, had to wait
into the airport and, since the pre-paid coach to the hotel was gone, when we landed in Spain we had to reach
it by bus.
Not only was it an inconvenience, it was also quite dangerous to cross a foreign city at 10pm.
Then, I discovered that in order to have breakfast I had to pay a fee of 5 pounds per head, and that swimming courses
required an entrance fee to be paid.
Both of these services were advertised as free.
Moreover, the nearest city centre is said to be reachable by feet: this is true, to a certain extent, if you're willing to walk for 2 and half hours...
I would appreciate a full refund.
I also deeply hope that in the future you'll stick to a more truthful advertising.
