Nowadays many people are crazy about wholesome food,sport and keeping fit.
When they go shopping for food,they always try to buy low-fat products.
If they want to drink coca-cola,they prefer to buy sugar-free version of it.
But is it easy to lead such a lifestyle in the modern world?
I don't think so.
Most people who surround us eat junk food and don't do sports at all or do them rarely.
If you decide to start a new life where there are no cookies, fried chicken and dizzy beverages ,it is really temptating to see your friends or relatives eat all these things.
It can be really demotivating,so you need to be purposeful and have a strong will.
Moreover, it is easier for your body to take energy from fat food than from fruit and vegetables.
That's why we are so addicted to unhealthy food:it seems more nutritious .
But it is not true.
