  • The sea jog

  • Recently, my boyfriend and I have arranged a jog along the sea, as in Brazilian serials.
  • You know,in serials they often run in the morning, such athletic and strong.
  • You should run close the sea, because over here sand is firmer.
  • We put on sport clothes and trainers.
  • But that day in the sea was easy storm and big waves.
  • So firstly we put off trainers and then partly wet clothes.
  • When I put on swimsuit, things became better.
  • Our distance was about 10 km.
  • For unprepared person it's quite difficult,to run on the sand.But we do it.
  • And the last 150 meters my boyfriend took me on his shoulders and such we finnished.
  • It was fun, although my legs then ached for a couple of days.
