I am unhappy with the quality of a mountain bag.
I bought at the shop on 3 august 2017.
Firstly, the bag is smaller than in the bag in the photo.
Furthermore, when yesterday in my home I opened the bag it was broken.
Then I went to the shop but nobody wanted to help me.
Please, let me know as soon as possible what action you propose to take.
