Now I'm going to talk about eating habits.
I will talk about: how the eating habits have changed over the years, the Mediterranean diet, going on a diet, what Doctors says about diets and what I think about eating out.
Firstly, nowadays we eat more different than 100 years ago.
Now we can use more food.
For example, you can buy Chinese food in the supermarket or go a Chinese restaurant.
But 100 years ago, people often eat things that are close to their house.
Related with this, most experts agree that the Mediterranean diet is particularly beneficial.
This is because this diet contains a lot of vegetables and fish.
In my hose, we have a Mediterranean diet.
So, we eat a salad every day and we use to have dinner fish.
Despite this, in our society the fast food is growing up.
For that reason, Doctors are especially worried about what children and teenagers eat.
I work in a school dining room.
So, I can see that a lot of children don't want eat vegetables and they love chips.
I think that it's really important have a good eating habits and the best way to have it is starting when you are a children.
Moreover, I would like to say that now is normal going on a diet.
Lot of people make crazy diets, usually for lost weight.
I don't like this diets because they usually avoid one time of food.
The most common avoided are fats and I think that fats are necessary.
The last but not least and talking about eating out.
I prefer eat at home because it's cheaper and it's usually healthier.
I use to go out one day in one week.
To sum up, the eating habits are really importants especially when you are a child and for me, the best diet is the Mediterranean diet.
