With the increase of automated systems, driven particularly by the Just In Time, the availability of machines became a key issue for industrials.
Its breakdown impacts not only the production, but also the quality of the product.
Therefore, it seems obvious to train his teams efficiently in maintenance.
This will avoid any downtime delays.
Although training is one of the pillars of the Lean approach, it often remains neglected by managers, maybe, because of the complexity of its implementation.
Relying on the training of its collaborators, in a context of a race for profits, is a challenging goal.
It requires a strategic investment in well adopted tools.
In this thesis, we will suggest two solutions for maintenance training : the remote expert assistant and the procedure assistant.
Its aim is to reduce the training cycle and decrease error rates related to a a misunderstanding of paper instructions.
The functional and technical details will be exposed in this thesis.
Moreover, the results of acceptability tests at FM Logistic and the recipes of deployment will also be presented and discussed.
