The second way is to overcome the fatigue that very often I choose - this is drawing.
Take a piece of paper, a pencil or a pen and paint everything that will pop up into your head.
Usually your hand itself, begins to draw a pen, everything that you are currently feeling.
It can be grids, sharp lines.
This type of picture tells us that you are tense or worried.
Your task is to draw as you want your hand, because of this you are splashing out all your negativity and fatigue on paper.
And you will feel the lightness in your mind.
The third way is self-massage, usually I do it with a pencil on the blunt side.
I start to press them on the cervical zone, the area of the forearm.
It is very relaxing, or I grab each finger, the opposite hand and start to pull it gently.
The sensations are very pleasant and will certainly help you relax.
