In my opinion, the best thing that you can do is taking a shower, calling some good friend and going out.
It's what I do and it works.
When I'm worried about something, I need spending time alone.
It is important to me to think about the problem before telling it somebody.
Sometimes feelings are stronger, other times they are very light and they change easily, but everybody need it.
I think that casinos are so succesfull because you can feel the stronger happiness and in just 3 seconds it can change to the sadness total.
