I took up playing Dangeous and Dragons just few weeks ago with my friends.

It’s a role game, where there are two main type of players: characters and the master.

You will need some dies of different shapes and a special book where all kind of characters and monsters are described.

It’s very popular among teenegers, or I would better say “Geeks”, those guys who doen’t have a social life outside games.

I’m not one of them though.

Each player has to act a fantasy character: it could be an elf, a goblin, a magician or simply a human.

Each species has its special skills, for example a goblin is very good at fighting but not so clever, a magician is very good at casting spells but not at fighting.

Each species has also its background described into the book, while each player has to write down the story of his character.

There is also a special player, the master, who doesn’ t act any character, but has to imagine and describe to players the environment and the story.

The master has complete control of the game, it acts like a God and his decisions can’t be complained.

When I started playing Dangeos and Dragons I wasn’ t that experienced in role games, so a friend of mine taugh us how to play and I find it very exciting, even though the first times was very hard for me to play to.

I have been playing Dangeos and Dragons almost every evening, so I’m getting very good at it.

Now I’m one of the best player among my friends, I’m very proud of it.

I would definitely recommend it to anyone who likes fantasy stories, because acting a character could be very funny and it’ s a different way to spend an evening with friends.
