Nowadays people take much attention to appearence, in particular in my city.

They try to copy each other in order to be trendy, but sometimes it’ s a complete failure for them.

People in my city really like going to parties.

You have to pay the ticket and there is open bar and dj set.

It’ s a good place to dance and to have fun, not so good if you are interested in talking with people as the music is too loud.

Every time there is a party, they buy a new dress.

They like wearing nice shirts and funny ties and sometimes their dresses are formal.

I usually prefer wearing unformal clothes and I don’ t like people judge me if I’ m not as good looking as them.They also like wearing nice and expensive gadgets, of course women like jewelleries and men prefer other things like clocks.

Another thing people really like are technological gadgets; they couldn’ t live without them.They use huge headphones, even huger than the music player!

They bring with them strange and funny smartphone covers of each color and shape, I guess some of them are not that comfortable in pockets.

About music, I can’ t stand disco music so I prefer listening to live music in pubs and squares.

Fortunately there is at least a live concert a week, and I usually meet my friends there.

I’ m quite different from the typical person in my city.

So it’ s sometimes difficult for my friends and me to have fun and to find interesting things to do.

Fortunately I study in a city that is much more stimulating, there are many things to do and they better match my tastes.

This is why I don’ t really like coming back to my native city.
