I would personally live in a City.
I grow up in Foggia, where I used to live in a rural area, and 3 months ago I moved to Milan for my master.
Milan is completely different from Foggia.
It’ s much bigger and there are people from all over the world.
In Milan public transports are very efficient.
There is a bus every 3 minutes and there are 4 tube lines.
I have no problem in going from one place to another even during the night.
When I was in Foggia, I had to wait a bus to go to the center.
The univerity is very well organized, too.
When I moved to Milan, they immediatelly gave me an accomodation and I spent only a couple of days for completing the enrollment.
Professors are always in time and available even after the end of lectures.
Another thing I prefer about Milan is the social life.
There are events and parties almost every week mainly organized for students.
I usually go there with my friends and it’ s a good place to have fun and to get to know new people.
There are also many live concerts: a couple of weeks ago I went to see “Casabian” in “Piazza Duomo” for free.
On the other hand, Milan is quite chaotic.
People are always in a hurry and it looks like they had no time to waste at all.
There is a lot of traffic and pollution.
Once I wanted to go running but the nearest park was about 40 minutes from home.
When I was in Foggia I had a garden.
I used to enjoy few afternoons with my friends.
It was very quiet and relaxing.
Although this problems I can’ t complain about my current location.
I would definitely recommend to anyone to live in a very well organized city such as Milan.
