  • because you should be able to read without a dictionary, probably you will find new word that you don’t understand, don’t look it up just guess its meaning and move on, you’ll see it repeating in different situation and then you’ll understand its meaning naturally from the context.
  • Ps: If you find an audio books is better, so you can listen to the word how to pronounce it, while you’re reading at the same time.
  • 3) Practice: We all know that only practice which can make the perfecting.
  • You should make friends and try to communicate with them, you can chat with them at first, and when you are comfortable with them you can speak with them, and I believe there a lots of great people outside there can help you, so don’t worry and go for it.
  • 4) And here I want to discuss things you should not do.
  • 1) Do not study textbooks or grammar books, they’ll hurt you, you’ll not improve, I mean let’s face it, when you were a baby your parents didn’t give you grammar books and tell you to analyze them or a vocabulary books and they forced you to memorize them.
  • So what you should do is you have to avoid them and learn like the native speaker does.
  • However, you may want study them, if so, don’t not study them until you got fluency then, it’s okay to do so.
  • 2) Do not limit your learning to some thoughts , like to get a better job or for passing a test, this will not help you a lot, because the moment you got the job or you pass the exam, you’ll stop learning.
  • Instead you should learn for connection and communication with others, so you can share your thoughts with them, and learn from each other.
  • 3) Do not tire yourself with learning, what I mean by this is you do have to study 9 hours in a day and the rest of the week you do nothing.
  • Instead you should try to use the kaizen way, every day you should learn something and within a few months you’ll find the difference that you’re able to speak with confident.
