Discipline and Rules of Boarding House
1.
Tenant are required to submit their photocopy identity card which still valid to the owner. 2.
Each room consisted for 2 (two) people only. 3.
Be able to maintain the harmonism relations between the tenant and the owner. 4.
Do not turned the music or radio too loud! 5.
Do not make noise! 6.
Be able to keep the wholeness in the room.
( not allowed to change the room without permission from the owner and do not make a squiggle on the wall ). 7.
Participate to keep the area clean and comfortable. 8.
Do not smoke in bedroom also in bathroom! 9.
Do not keep any gun or dangerous stuff!
Do not consume any alcohol drink and drugs! 10.
Tenant be responsible to keep the bedroom and bathroom always clean. 11.
Prohibited from engaging in acts that violate the law.
Such as gambling and so on as well as the norms of decency. 12.
Do not put any rubbish into the toilet! 13.
Do not bring any pets! 14.
Always turn off the electric and lamps before go out. 15.
Guest is not allowed to come over at 22:30 WIB! 16.
If tenant’s guests stay in over one night, please mention to the owner. 17.
The boarding house payment should be pay on time!
Delay in payment maximum on 10th. 18.
Delay in payment without prior notice and not obey to the rules, mean that tenant have decided to exit / move to another boarding house.
