I watched a documentary other day about an over-weighed woman who has to lose some weight otherwise she is going to die in a period of time.

After searching and trying almost every known diet program on her own, she had decided to take a professional help.

As the result of her given health condition, she has consulted to a dietician.

At one point in the documentary, I have withness a conversation between the dietician and the woman; Doctor was saying that " I am going to help you with your problem as long as you do everything I will say", but as soon as he explained her the program, she said that " I couldn't stop eating despite I had tried this program before".

Therefore this case lead me to think that why don't we do the things good for us but do otherwise, even though many existing sources saying what's good and bad for us.

(I tried to keep it short for now but I wish to continue to write more about this later.)
