Do you like Japanese manga, do you dream about living here one day?
Its a good dream and i am also had that dream when i were student.
But as a Japanese ever told me : " Life here is very cruel !" I don't accept his opinion completely but if you choose to work in a Japan company, life here may be really hard.
Let me explain some problem when you work in a Japanese company and how to solve these. 1.
No personal ego while working.
While working, you should never forget two words " Arigatou" - Thankyou and "Gomenasai" - Sorry.
When you make mistake, even it happened by objective reason, because what Japanese hate most is acting as a Pooh-bar so just say sorry and never make that mistake again. 2.
No personal impression while working.
Are you stylish?
Do you love showy fashion?
Then do not choose working in Japanese company.
They believe the best way keep smooth relation with colleauges and customers is make a simple and polite.
Smile and black suite are two things build up the imagine of Japanese business men. 3.
Always smile and encourage others.
If you believe that you can show your sharp opinion about customer or colleauge here, soon or late you will be throw out of this business society.
Here customer is god, colleauge is guest.
Be polite and nice with them, all your personal pressing which not concern to the result of work, just speak it out somewhere else of your company. 4.
Learn to be obey.
Well, Japanese good at making rules.
They can make thoursand rules for everything, for the tiniest thing to the biggest thing.Try to remember all and follow them perfectly.
You are profesional, so do what you can do as Japanese.
But if you want to try something more flexible than what Japanese have applied until now?
Wait until the section meeting, use the most polite way to explain it.
Good luck for you.
Then now you feel life here is so hard?
Don't worry, you are not here only for work.
Enjoy life here as a shakaijin :))
