  • A visit to the dentist. Part 2

  • One day I felt a terrible ache in my back tooth.
  • It was occasional hurt, which got me a great discomfort.
  • However I didn’t want to hurry and consult with the doctor.
  • I decided to wait a bit.
  • I thought that my tooth ache would finish itself.
  • So I was waiting for a week and two until it became hard to eat anything and have a proper sleep!
  • At last I went to the dentist’s with my knees shaking.
  • First of all it was necessary to make a registration.
  • It was quite easy and quick as there were no lines at the policlinic that day.
  • After registration I was giving a slip and my case history.
  • I had to wait for an hour in the waiting room until my doctor would be ready to see me.
  • While sitting in the waiting room I heard a plenty of children’s screams and saw several of them crying, so I got more frightened and nervous.
  • When the doctor was free she invited me to her room.
  • She was in high spirits, smiling and very polite while asking me some questions about the time of my last visit and my jeremiads.
  • So very soon I got more relaxed.
  • I explained her that something was wrong with my back tooth.
  • Then she examined my teeth and found out which tooth was aching.
  • The dentist said that there was a serious problem with that tooth, as there was a rather big hole in it and I need to make an X-ray to get an overall picture of my case.
