My name is Mathieu. I'am 30.
My job is to help people who lose total or partial autonomy.
Actually, i work in the department that hosts people desoriented or suffering Alzeimer syndrom.
This service count 20 patients.
They have between 70 and 95 years.
The almost are in wheelchair.
My help can be translate by activities of daily life as to wash, eat and drink, revel.
I replace the patient in the time and space when they lost.
I must be carefull when they lost because they can become agressive.
I must look if the patient is in good health with externals signs.
The skin condition or the color can be show an important problem of health.
In that event, i must contact the nurse or the doctor.
After my job, i must write all the observations in the patient files for others caregivers and nurses.
This observations take informations for continu the care and have the right to behave.
I wanted this job because with my last job, i was born.
