Dear sir/Madam, i am writing you to express my dissatisfaction from customer services of bell in montreal ،Due to lack of Handling the my problem and my next losses.

my internet services was interrupted from 27 december 2012 to 4 January 2013 , despite my calls to customer services center in montreal , i did not see any Pursuit of problem by them. and any time that i called them , they just promised me but my internet was not fixed. this problem was caused that i can't do my studies of my university in During the Holidays of january and also i was been bad credit in my bank because i couldn't pay my visa's due on time. while my problem was very Unimportant and they could do it Immediately.and this problem was Unprecedented,and i was without internet all the holidays in during 7 days.

Honorable manager,I would appreciate it if you would look into this matter at your earliest convenience with a view to providing appropriate compensation for the distress suffered .

i know respect to client is a base in law of canadian society,and know satisfaction of clients is important for you.
