
my internet services was interrupted from 27 december 2012 to 4 January 2013 , despite my calls to customer services center in montreal , i did not see any Pursuit of problem by them. and any time that i called them , they just promised me but my internet was not fixed. this problem was caused that i can't do my studies of my university in During the Holidays of january and also i was been bad credit in my bank because i couldn't pay my visa's due on time. while my problem was very Unimportant and they could do it Immediately.and this problem was Unprecedented,and i was without internet all the holidays in during 7 days.
