I use the Skype for long time because I consider this software as the best video chat on the Internet.
Skype doesn't require a high Internet bandwidth.
It can run on 64 Kbps, when you use voice chat.
Before I use Skype, I used Yahoo Messenger to make voice chat, but the quality of sound doesn't good.
Recently, I try to use Hangout to make voice chat.
It is a great web based software, but if you want to use Hangout as video chat, you should have high Internet bandwidth.
Hangout support video chat group for free unlike Skype.
If you want to use this feature on Skype, you must pay to get subscription account on Skype.
While I was searching on the Internet, I found a new software called VSee.
"This software can make group video chat for free and doesn't use high Internet bandwidth", the VSee website mention.
I didn't try this software until now, but I think Hangout is the best because it easy to use and not require installation on your PC.
