I always wanted to do some job which would be relevant and in demand.

Therefore, I has chosen marketing as my specialty in the branch of the State University of Management in Kaliningrad.

However, 5 years of studying seemed so boring to me, because I was grinding away at school-time.

While studying, I got my first work-experience in promotion.

Job and my first self-dependent income carried me away so hard that studying took a back seat, and in the end I abandoned books at all.

While I was nothing to do I’ve decided to find kind of full-time and max-involved job when I could achieve smth.

So I started working in the TIS- Dialog.

I couldn’t return in my university and was decided to complete course in the branch of Moscow Academy of Finance and Law in Kaliningrad.

In the TIS-Dialog I coordinated the Internet-to-user-connection department.

In length of time my responsibilities have grown.

For almost 4 years of my working here I realized that any job, how interesting it would be, should let people dream, encourage and inspire them to want live, to make some new stuff, to make profit. So I quit.

And I decided to relax and think about what I want next to do and where I see myself in future.

During this time I got a job in one of the car-rental service.

Flexible working schedule has allowed me to continue my studies.

I was always interested in economics, and I was looking for a job in it.

I’ve decided to try myself in the banking sector, but there’s no job for such candidates, without experience or education profile, so got a job as a loan-specialist.

This job didn’t come up to my expectations, and I quit in six months again.

Since April 2013 here I am in Rutaobao project.

Originally my work is in writing a product descriptions, work with logistics companies, making some notes, verifying some bills, eventually I became responsible for operations related to warehouse, customer support.

But that is not all what I can do.

Virtoway employs specialists who I want to be look like.

They’re inspiring me, and I am interested to develop to reach my goals.

What about young people who decided to go working in IT?

These guys have made the right choice!) IT is all around us, it is an essential element of any business.

IT-solutions improve and simplify the work of all the others.

IT-people with their renovations help to lead all business, they are kind of pioneers in all its good way))).
