  • Bodies must be strong to stopped any outside risks and to be able to stopped this we must have somme activity to do to reach the save way life and to have it we should practice sport.
  • In our sociaty people don't care about their bodies maybe because they are so lazy to practice sport or any other activities to servive and protect theeir body from ilnesses, some other try to ignore thier responsability to forget the raison of their helth problemes and all this is about leaving sport.
  • the doctors say that we should practice any reguler activities 3 times a week minmum this protect us and regularized our body performance even we are young or old.
  • jogging and walk is the easy and the best way to improve the autodefense of our bodies it's just 10 or 15 mn it isn't more but powerful.
  • sport is important so think about it to survive.
