Yesterday, a wind of creative energy blew my face, and now I would like to share this feeling with you.

Because sometimes it’s just delightful to see a bit of fantasy, colours and bright lights around us.

I went to that Christmas market I love so much on Plaza de España in Madrid, where they mostly sell hand-made items.

I could spend hours there; we can find anything in that market, from jewellery to candlesticks, from original toys to fancy clocks.

And we get lost there, with our eyes wide open.

It’s a real pleasure to get immersed into the universe of all these craftsmen who one day had an idea, who believed in it, took care of it and now have made their lives about it.

I love to see that some people have dreams and believe in it above all, despite the obstacles and the discouragement, despite the little importance the world gives to their projects and the lack of space we let them in the everyday rush.

It’s a wonderful feeling to see that there are still people like these artists I met who have decided to create something, may it be a bracelet or a painting, and have put all their heart into it, who have given more importance to their passion than they have given to money, who have taken the risk and today live surrounded by their work, modestly, but with the certainty that they are living their lives the way they’ve chosen to.

For me, art is worth much more than money.

Creating is more valuable than earning.

And passion is the best care against routine and the boredom of everyday life.

So the only thing I can tell you is: Create, imagine, and put colour in your life.

Nothing is impossible if the heart believes in it, so believe in your dreams, trust them, live for them and don’t let anything cut your impulse.

I keep on following my dreams, and even if this means I’ll have to fight for them, there is a sentence I cannot forget: When there is a will there is a way!
