croatian for english or/and german, fair trade?

  I am croatian secret service agent and desperately need to learn these two languages cause my superior gave me nine month period to pass the exam or get out from agency. Therefor  im interested in topics like law,economy, diplomacy,military...  We could discuss some other topics too. Communication via skype, msn messenger, privacy secured...
