english spanish (or catalan)

Hi! I need to practice english with somebody because although I think that my knowledgments in this languges are good I'm not still fluent and when I try to speak or write it, I do it very slowly. I can teach spanish (or catalan) or help to practicing it to anyone who wants or needs.
