my french against your english when speaking

Hello,

i'm a Xavier, i'm a french man, i'm 28 years old, i'm looking for an english native speaker with who i can practise my english when speaking on the phone or with a computer (via skype or a similar application) at least 3 times a week or more depending on availability. In exchange, i will be able to give class of french either on the phone or with msn.

My level is english is intermediate in other word i have a lot of knowledge,    i haven't got much problem to write it but when speaking,it disconcerts me because i'm not used to speaking it and i tend to look for my word.Given that i'm self educated man  in english, i need now to practise it  when speaking with somebody after studying it  for  10 months daily on my own.
