I want to improve my english and know different cultures

I would like to chat with friends  who want to know a culture, practise and improve own english.

does not matter native speaker,( I realise they will not prefer me:))   also to have a friend will be very good experience for me.

Quality communication is very critical for me please write  if you think like that
