Want to improve my English and will help you with Russian!

Hi guys!

My name is Elena. I'm from Russia, but currently living in the US. Even though I've been here for quiet long time, I don't really have a chance to actually speak English every day, since all the people around me are Russians. I can read, write and understand what people say pretty well. But when it somes to speaking, I'm just lost :( Every time I got to speak English, I start to forgetting everything - grammar and words -   and doing stupid mistakes. So now I'm just scared to even open my mouth and say anything. Any conversation is a nightmare. What I need to do is to overcome the language barrier. I'm interested in speaking with the native English speakers.
