1- If I were you, I'd let Sarah be examined  by either Dr Smith, or by Dr Jones. You needn't be afraid of anything, they're both   excellent specialists.

2-It's a fantastic place, completely cut off from the world. We could spend a week there, couldn't we? All that we've to do,   is to make a phone call to tell   them that we've arrived.
