I want to keep my English alive

I graguated from the linguistic practically 4 years ago, English was my top subject. Now I am a young mom, not so young :)), may baby boy is 2 years old. I feel that I forget the language and I am afraid of it because before my pragnancy I worked as a translator. HELP ME, PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, it is easy to forget over time! I studied Russian many years ago, visited the Soviet Union in the '80's, and I can never remember my verbs! I remember words like "cloud" and "apple" -- usually when I am trying to speak Italian! (My husband and I are currently studying Italian together.)
