Improving English and German speaking skill

Hello people,
I’m looking for a pals that also want to improve their English and German speaking skill and that want to have somebody being able to talk with, e.g. on msn or skype. We could also change our experience of language learning techniques. But my intention is to improve especially speaking skill. I’m trying to learn a bit of Spanish too, so any available help would be good.
