I need your help to improve my English

Amm, I am looking for english speaking practice, cause as you understand I am living and working in UK in sector wich is related with customer sevices. So everydat I am strugglin' speaking with them :( My native is russian, and it makes more complicated to speak english correctly, cause my tounge is not designed for it. But I am doing progress last time, but I am missing mates to speak with.
