wanna make a friend that's can teach me English ^^

I'm looking for a future that I can speak English so well and have some foriegn friends. So that, I really really wanna make a friend or more that can teach me English. Just talk or discuss 'bout the culture of 2 countries. And, I can teach Vietnamese  ^^
