Ill help you with English if you teach me Russian

Looking for someone to help me learn Russian. I am an American and can speak English very well and can help polish someones English if they are a good Russian teacher. Obviously you will need to know some Enlgish so you can teach me your language and then I will help in any way you need. I can skype if that is your prefered method so we can both learn together.
