I need help to improve understanding over phone!

I need your help!
 
I'm looking for a job in London and often recruitement agencies call me for a phone interview, but  I don't understand so well over phone (It's difficult to understand also in my language).
 
So I need to practice it more. I'm looking for a friend who helps me to understand phone calls, we can also speak over skype.
