Hi!
I'm sorry but it's will be a long one...
I'm from Hungary and looking for... not for teachers, this is a bad word... for friends who wants to talk and "learn" with me hungarian and other languages. I'm really friendly and helpful, I will write the sentence, while I talk (if you would). I speak hungarian very well, of course, but I mean I like to use many hungarian words, not only the popular words, because I like to talk a lot and like to talk from anything.
I'm really good to understand movies in English, but I have to practice a lot the speaking and I really happy for any british, because I like the pronunciation from the UK. If you are from other english speaking country, it is also great, please write! I studied english at school for 5 years, but I was not enough serious to learn that better. Now I'm ready to use it daily for some activities.
My German is not so bad. But I would like to use english words all the time, when I speak german, because my german was much more better couple of years ago, but I don't practice, even the english is in my life daily, and that's because hard to speak now, but I think I can being better again soon, if I get some german speaking people! I studied german at school for 9 years, I was also in Germany twice. My mothers husband lives near to Dortmund, and my mother is a german teacher, translator and travel guide, so whooohaha german was in my life all the time... Why can't I speak better?!?
(Mein Deutsch ist nicht so schlecht, aber wenn ich spreche Deutsch, Ich möchte immer english Wörter sagen, weil mein Deutsch besser war und jetzt ich höre jeden Tag english, aber ich nicht höre deutsch. Ich muss üben die Sprache, aber das ist sehr schwer jetzt. Ich denke ich kann besser sein, wenn ich finde deutsche sprachige Leute)
My Portuguese is a very-very basic, because I did make only 17 audio lessons, and this is not enough yet to speak with someone, but I would like to get some new friends also from Portugal, and also from Brazil, because I would like to know both pronunciation. I started with the european, because that is the harder than the Brazilian. I already have a few guys from Brazil to speak, but I haven't from Portugal! : (
My Serbian is also a very basic, but I change now almost every day, because I have people on skype to try talking and it's very funny! I think I will be able to communicate better and get a good basic level soon.
I also studied couple of years ago Italian and Spanish. Italian was the first language what I learned myself without teacher, so I think Italian is my favorite european language right now. I learned that maybe for 2 years, but I'm not able to speak (I've forgotten everything). Later I studied that at school with spanish (spanish only for a year). I'm not in a hurry to learn Italian, but I am in Spanish, because I would like to use it next year.
I like very well the asian languages, movies and musics. Good to listen a new latin language, but listening an asian is similar to sex. (weeeheehee). I learned Japanese myself last year (for example Hiragana and couple of sentence) but I had no time to continue that. I have to learn japanese one day, why not now? Please write! Korean is the second one, what I have to learn in the future, because I listen K-pop daily and this language is so beautiful! I would like to live at Bangkok one day, and it's really interesting the Thai language, because it is a tonal language. I don't care how difficult is a language, when I would like to use. Vietnamese is one of the hardest language? Okay, please teach me that!!! :D
I like very well the south american "underground" languages (not only the "mainstream" portugues and spanish). Guaraní, Quetchua, Aymara and Kitchwa sounds really good. I don't want to speak those fluently but oh my god, I have to try to know some very basic level of those. In the case of South America is also interesting the Rioplatense Spanish and the Portunhol, but if I don't know enough spanish and portugues, why would I like to learn?
I have also some basic or intermediate books for French, Dutch, Swedish, Finnish and Russian, never the less I don't learn for the first time with books, but if I have this stuffs, will be wrong if I won't touch those. Anyway Arabic, Persian, Norwegian, Icelandic and any asian are also very attractive languages.
This site called polyglotclub, but I don't like the word "polyglot", because it's meaning to me a trophy. I would like to get better level and learn some new languages, because I would like to use it. I mean I wouldn't like to be a polyglot (only for the titel), I would like to able to understand people (and movies), because I want to travel a lot in the future, if I'll earn enough money. I like to speak so much, and if I don't know the language, I can't be myself, I can't speak a lot, I can't be serious or crazy with people :D
I hope I can find here also some new native speakers, who wants to help me, know me and learn hungarian. You can write me from any country, if you want to learn hungarian, I will help you. I don't expecting anything, if we can practice rarely is also good, although making small conversations often is better.
Look! I'm not an idiot, I know that everyone have to learn a lot one language, but I have time to listening audio lessons while I work, I have time to making conversations daily, and I'm not in a hurry. If I can't get better level, nothing will happing, only I don't feel myself enough well, if I can't talk well with someone. I would like to travel a lot soon, so I'm in a hurry with the south american languages and in english. Thank you for reading! Please write comment or ask you for skype name!
