English Spanish exchange

My name is Antonio. I am from Spain. As engineer I need to speak English daily in my job. In addition, I would like to move to Canada at the end of this year. In spite of my English level I am still struggling with conversational English, on phone call above all. Therefore, I would be very happy if someone could give me a hand.
