Penpals to London Englaish/French

Hi everyone ! I'm Shahin, 23 years old and i from Paris.  In few month maybe September or October i thinking to move to London in England and i want a  penpals who live there and i could met for guide me for the next year. So if you are between 20 and 25 years old, we could know eatch other and chat in facebook or by e-mail for plan what can i do and how i can find a place to stay,a job and many thing what i need to know.

And also i need to improve my english for prepared to the university.
