Would like to learn to speak better Deutsch

Guten Tag. I am presently in Bonn, attending a deutsch language course. Since the course would end soon I wouldn´t have much practice in speaking Deutsch. I would love it if someone could help me with my Deutsch and in turn I could better your English. Well, I have been speaking English since childhood, so though technically my mothertongue isn´t English, I think and dream in English ;P.
