Need help to improve my English writing

I'm looking for a native English/American experienced in writing (e.g., writer, journalist, active blogger) to help me to improve my written English (style, vocabulary choice, grammar patterns etc.) so that it looked "native". Conversational experience would also be nice :)

In exchange you will have my Russian :) with all style, grammar, phonetic etc. explanations and writing guidance, if needed.
