I'm native Russian teacher

Hi. I'm from Azerbaijan. I want to learn Russian. I can understand when somebody speaks in Russian but I can't communicate with him(her)So I want to improve my communication skills.Can u help me? Instead I can speak with u in English. Thanks in advance
