looking for a partner to practise english

hey guys,

i am new at english, i got some courses but could not improve my english skills . i think  without practising it is waste of time. is there anybody who can help me to practise? i live in Istanbul and i am generally free after 7 pm. also i can teach Turkish if you need. please let me know if you are interested in :)
