Somebody knows about costs to live on inexpensive cities in USA?

My dream is study abroad, but the couses are very expensive and my family haven't got enough money to paying a university/college. My plan is  going to USA and make a free english couse, while this, I could looking for a JOB and save money for paying a college later. Everything that I need to know is about the costs there. I'll be able to live in United States with a simple job for some years?? Thank you guys.
