Could someone tell me how is situation of working for psychologist in UK or France??

I would like to know how is working situation for psychologist. l wish to know if its easy or hard to find job in England or France like psychologist (in a clinical area or organization area). And I would also like to know what requirements are necessary for becoming psychologist in both countries.
