GIVE ANSWERS - English

At the moment I have a B2 english and a B1/B2 french.

I'd like to reach a C1/C2 in both languages, and then, when i'll realize this goal, i'll start with another language from zero, that i will study 30 minutes per day for 2 years and the next language will be german.

But the problem is now, I am going to school and I am only 18.

I need your help, because I don't know how to start this project, I mean, i tried to learn 30 minutes per day english and french (so 1 hour in total), but it's very stressful, because I have to study for school, to help my dad with work, social life, so or I have no time or I am too tired to learn even if I try to learn as it was a game.

So, the question is, how should I do?

1) Studying only english 30 minutes per day or till 1 hour (I have no problems with that), for 1 year? Or 6 months are enough? So, 1 day listening, 1 writing, 1 speaking, 1 reading

2) Studying both french and english 30 minutes per day for 1 year, even if there will be days where I cannot do that because of stress or time (and here: 1 day listening, 1 writing, 1 speaking, 1 reading)

I won't study only french because I'd like to reach a C1 at least in english, where my skills are more and this project is only for 1 year for english and french because I have already a good level.
