BEANTWORTEN SIE FRAGEN - English

I've been learning English for 2 years and for that period I didn't have any friend to talk in English face to face. When a native speaks in Eng I can not understand what they say, sometimes even the main idea of speech. 
So I need someone to practice with in English. and maybe this one wants to learn Turkish and I can help to teach her/him.
