Unable to access my inbox. Help Please!!!!

Hi there, this message is mainly for the admins/mods of this fine site.
I've been a happy member for more than 5 years now but for the past few days, I have not been able to access my inbox to read my emails. I log into my account and when I do see I have new messages, but when I click on them, I get asked to update my profile by entering my country as well as my city. I fill in those info but once again, I get to see I have unread messgaes but when I click on them,  I get to the same screen again where I'm asked to update my info. Or sometimes,  I also get the message that I need to login from the main home page, which I do because I am logged in. If anyone of you guys/girls could kindly take a look into this and help me with accessing my inbox, that would be highly appreciated.
