french teaching pal needed

i've been looking for over 3 yrs for someone on this site to help me learn french. i would in return help them learn english. i've always come away emptly!!!! don't know why people who say yes don't really mean yes. would reallllllllly like to see if this site could help me; so if you are a native french canadian speaking person (canada cause it's a time frame situation savor) and would like to help me learn your lang. then i would gladly help you learn eng. only contact if you are really serious. thanks.
