French vs. Russian

I'm from russian talking region of ex-USSR country.and i want to improve my french. i would like to find someone who wants to learn russian or kazakh languages.

if you are interessed write me please. I can speak english as well as turkish and russian. but my french is too poor despite one year course of french.
