hello, I want to learn French, Can anyone help me?

Hey I want to learn how to talk french, I do understand Swedish (my homeland) and i can fluently talk Turkish(my background, Im  turk but I live in Sweden)   and i have learned english In school so it should be 4/5 or 5/5  stars I think (not sure myself) :D...
